RMD Dance Policies: 
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY:
Withdrawal from our program needs to be submitted with a written notice least 30 days prior to the start of any of our classes, camps, etc. If this is received, a 100% tuition refund will be issued for the month paid for. Otherwise, the payee is responsible for paying for the first month (Does not include registration fee)

 

MONTHLY 
If a dancer drops a class after the dance classes begin for the season, the account holder will receive no refund for the current month. To be removed from payments, the payee will also need to submit a written notice 30 days prior to the first day of the next month. If notice is received with less than 30 days in the month, the dancer’s account will be charged for the next month and payments end in the subsequent month.

 

SEMESTER/ANNUAL
Semester/ANNUAL payment account holders will receive only a partial refund OR opt to receive a credit for the remaining classes in that given semester to be used in scheduled classes for the dance season.  This credit last until May of the current dance season
Credit may be used by siblings wishing to take classes if the following criteria is met 1. Sibling is not currently enrolled in the desired class, and 2. sibling meets the age requirement for the class they wish to attend.

 

NO SHOWS
Any dancer who is absent for 4 consecutive classes, with no communication to the studio, will be automatically dropped from their classes and charged through the end of the month. The client will be responsible for all late fees. The final payment amount will be automatically processed even if the client is not enrolled in automatic payments.


***UNFORESEEN NATURAL DISASTERS, CIRCUMSTANCES including PANDEMICS


(IF written notices are not given 30 days prior to classes, camp etc. client is responsible for FULL PAYMENT for that current month, the preceding month and/or the month they reserved their spot for camp/classes that will take place in the future. There will also be no refund given for payments received prior to class, camps if cancelled by the client. If an event has to be cancelled because of government regulations or Right Moves Dance, then there will be details on what protocols will be given during that time to try to reach a reasonable and amicable agreement between all involved parties.

(This includes and not limited to positive COVID test results, monkeypox etc)


Any refunds given will take 2-4 weeks to process. No cash refunds will be issued.


Registration Fees Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
